At Runway Ready Sarees, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Free Returns & Full Refunds

We now offer Free Returns within 14 days of delivery, with a full refund to your original method of payment. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible free returns.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item beyond the 14-day free return period, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Change of mind returns are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged for store credit.
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@runwayreadysarees.com.au with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Photographic evidence of the fault or damage

If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund and cover return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is authorised, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the return authorisation details.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
